Meet Baby Watson in these delightful new photos from 'Sherlock' Season 4 Meet Baby Watson in these delightful new photos from 'Sherlock' Season 4 When Sherlock returns on Jan. 1, 2017, it will have been exactly a year since the last time we visited 221B Baker Street — and three years (!) since Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) and Watson (Martin Freeman) were on our screens for more than just a kooky Christmas special. When Season 4 premieres, we'll finally learn how Moriarty (Andrew Scott) seems to be both dead and back, and — perhaps more importantly — we'll get to meet Baby Watson. Just in time for Thanksgiving, PBS has given us a slew of new Sherlock Season 4 photos to chew on, including the most glorious family portrait imaginable. Judging by the look on Sherlock's face as he examines the little sprog, he's still a tad perturbed by John and Mary's (Amanda Abbington) whole parenthood schtick — fingers crossed they convince him to babysit at some point during the new season. Check out the new images below, including a look at Toby Jones as Holmes' new nemesis Culverton Smith, whom showrunner Steven Moffat describes as "the most evil villain we've ever had."
